The Real Deal

I promised a few people I would give them they true scoop, and here is goes. The Las vegas strip is were it ALL goes down. The parties the clubs and all the other thing's you have seen or heard about. You can go crazy for day's and still not see it all. The shows are great and and are plentiful for all different types of folks. But Las vegas can get very expensive as I'm sure you already know. But I have an answer for all you party animals who would like to come out here and still save a little cash. There are two off strip Resorts / casino company's that can take care of you just as awesome as the giants on the strip. The station casinos & The coast casinos both of which operate on all sides of the city. They all have the same amenities as their big brothers and also have lots of shows to choose from at half the price of their competitors. Now if you don't mind spending those hard earned dollars then the strip is the place to be.One of my personal favorites is Mandalay Bay. To each to his own when it comes to staying on the strip, every Casino is unique and crazy in it's own way. But don't just set your sights on gambling and parties. Check out some of the other attractions Vegas has to offer. A little ways out of town heading towards Pahrump Nevada you will come across bonnie springs which looks like an old cowboy town, In fact many of the buildings there are the original ones from the old wild west day's. Rumors also tell it to be a very haunted place, because there actually was shoot outs that involved deaths. Also if you head north on the I-15 heading towards Utah you can detour and head up to Mount Charleston. There is a Huge Lodge up there.Aptly named the Mount Charleston Lodge. The farther you go up , The better the views. Last and definitely not least we have Red Rock Canyon, So very beautiful and breathtaking at the same time. There is so much to do in there you can easily spend the whole day exploring. Some of the more interesting parts of the canyon Include an Indian sanctuary where women of the Patayan tribe would go to give birth to their children. The canyon has been called home by a few other tribes as well. Most notably the Anasazi and the Paiute tribes. So remember when planing your next Las Vegas trip, try to make time for a lot more than just the Strip.
